NASA, that is the “National Aeronautics and Space Administration”, has recently been occupied with the topic about Space Health And Station Gardening.



One of their outstanding astronauts, “Nick” Tyler Hague who was selected by NASA as an astronaut in 2013.  He is currently a part of the Expedition 59 and 60 crew that launched to the International Space Station in March 2019.

Just think about space health and fitness: Nick Hague started Tuesday morning collecting and stowing his blood and urine samples for a pair of life science studies. His blood samples are being compared with samples from space mice, other astronauts and ground patients for changes in protein expression.
