Sunlight – The SUN is the doctor in the sky. Health Benefits of Sunlight: We get vitamin D from the sun, and vitamin D is essential for calcium in the body that results in strong bones. At least 15 minutes a day sunlight for enough vitamin D. Too much or no sunlight can cause deficiency in this essential vitamin.

The eyes absorb blue light, and recent scientific discoveries show absorption of adequate blue light create an increase in tactical reasoning, and the ability to solve mathematical problems. And the light with the most blue light is sunlight.

Our brain needs the sunlight messages. Light and dark signals are fed through the optic nerve to a control center in the brain where our body clock is located; and the body clock communicated with the pineal gland, and the pineal gland releases serotonin which causes us to feel so good on a sunny day. It also helps us to sleep better.

Water – Why should we drink water every day? – The body lose water in various ways: Water loss from the kidneys = 1.5 liter; from the lungs = .2 liter loss; From the colon = .3 liter loss; From the skin = .5 liter loss, total = 2.5 liter loss in a 24 hour period. We need to drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

Rule of thumb: never drink water with your meal, either before or after. Half hour before or at least one hour after. 1 liter of water to 50lb of body weight, but that also depend on your activities.

The stomach absorbs lots of water. The pancreas releases enzymes into the stomach and hormones into the blood. These two hormones are insulin and glucagon which require large amount of water. Insufficient water in this case can lead to type 11 diabetes. The large intestine also absorbs water, and lack of replacement can lead to constipation.

The four most vital elements for life are Oxygen, Water, Sodium and Potassium. The highest concentration inside the cells is potassium, and the highest outside the cells is sodium. There are sodium potassium pumps in the cell membrane maintaining the balance between those two elements.

If you are drinking water and going to the rest room often, or having swollen feet, it’s because the cells are not absorbing it. Best salt to use is Celtic sea salt, which you should tip a little on your tongue before you drink half class of water. Half hour after, you repeat the same.

mornings and evenings; and seeking out shade when outdoors;

Drinking Pure Water to Prevent Dehydration

Health benefits of pure water

We should be drinking fluid all the time to prevent dehydration and keep the cells well hydrated.

Drinking soft water is so simple and plentiful (only in some places of the world today), and yet it is the most fundamental element in life. In fact the National Water Commission (NWC), tagline is “Water is life”.

So true, whereas, you can go without food for days and weeks, not so with liquid.

People have two problems with water, one is, they are not drinking enough of it, and two, the water they drink is not pure.

Exercise: Exercise is referred to as the forgotten remedy to hood health because many people refuse to exercise. The best form of exercise according many research is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Simply put, 30 seconds to get the heart beating fast, then recovering for about 90 seconds, and repeat about 6 times. The entire exercise should take about 15 minutes. The shorter it takes to recover determine how healthy you are.

There is a saying, “muscles know no age”. Whether you are nine or ninety, you can be fit and healthy. There is only one way to strengthen the heart, and is through exercise. The stronger the heart, the less it has to pump. This important activity improves your level of fitness, brain function, energy levels, sleep, digestion, and potentially reducing your need for the doctors’ medications.

If your can do your HIIT on a rebounder, you are getting the best of two world. Strength comes from defying gravity. Rebounding enables you to defy the law of gravity when you bounce. The rebounder is powerful because three forces come together, defying gravity, the others are acceleration and deceleration.

Einstein said all three forces have similar effect on the body. There is not a cell in your body that escapes the benefits of rebounding. Another health benefit of jumping on a mini trampoline is, it removes waste from your lymphatic system. This system is known as the vacuum cleaner of the body, and each jump open and close the valves.

Rest – The Pineal gland is responsible for releasing rest and rejuvenate hormones in the night. The pineal gland will only release these hormones between the hours of 10 pm and 3 am. Some of these hormones are 1 Serotonin, the mood hormones to make you feel good when you go to bed early; 11 Arginine vasotocin is the natural pain killer. 111 – Epithalamin is the hormone that slows down aging and increasing capacity. if you want to look younger, go to bed earlier. (Early to bed, early to rise, makes one healthy wealthy and wise). 1V – Melatonin – To fix and rejuvenate night time hormones.

Activities to increase release of these hormones: 1 One hour of exercise; Laughter; Sunlight; Sleeping in the dark; Fasting. Activities that decrease release of these hormones: Worry, artificial lights like TV, laptop, phones, computers; coffee, alcohol and meat.

Salvation: The best wine for last. In the Bible, we’re taught that we are created. God created us to have a relationship with Him, but Adam, our first father disobeyed God’s law. Because he did, we inherited his sin. Now there is a divide between God and man.

God                                  /////// X ///////                                 Man

The Bible teaches that God is perfectly righteous and therefore, like a judge, he must convict those who are guilty of breaking His laws. Imagine looking at a person through a pane of glass. If the glass has mud all over it, you don’t see the beauty of that person, you see the mud. This is what it’s like when God looks at us. He sees our sins and because He is perfectly holy, he cannot accept us this way. Instead, he must judge our sins.

However, Jesus came and lived the perfect life that Adam didn’t. He repaired the divide. It is by faith in what God has done, through Jesus Christ – the God/Man – that we are restored to a right relationship with God. Jesus took all the sin and judgment that each of us deserves and was crucified on a cross. In that moment he became our sin and our guilt.

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

When Jesus died on the cross He paid the penalty for our sin – all our sin. He bought us out of slavery to sin and death! The only requirement on our part is that we believe in Him and what He has done for us, understanding that we are given new life through Him, and that He is our life.  He did all this because He loved us and gave Himself for us!

– Accept the gift!  His love alone saves you — not religion, church membership, or family heritage.  God loves you, and the gift is waiting!

For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.” Romans 10:13
